Our risk management and incident reporting procedures make our sites safe sites to work on, and our staff undergo regular training to ensure their competence with the latest industry legislation.

At AM Electrics we believe in being transparent and have an open accident and incident system. 

We are proud to say that since our inception we have had no RIDDOR reportable accidents. All of our accidents and incidents are investigated and any learning or improvement actions are implemented and monitored.

Our CDM Responsibilities

Regarding the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations - in our day to day on-site activities we may act as Principal designers, Designers, Principal Contractors, Contractors, and Workers.

Depending on how we are engaged we will specifically;

  • Plan, manage, monitor and coordinate health and safety in the pre-construction phase of a project
  • Design and work to construction phase plans
  • Plan, manage and monitor construction work under our control so it’s carried out without risks to health and safety
  • Liaise, communicate and provide information to all relevant duty holders
